Hooray it’s Summer term!
We hope you like our new logo?! We have also updated our email address and office phone number as above, along with our new website which should be going live mid-April.
As always please can parents/carers inform us as soon as possible if their child/children will not be attending sessions. Children’s safety is a top priority for Rebecca’s. At the top of this newsletter all phone numbers are listed for every setting. We would also like to ask if any changes to days/sessions/cancelling of contracts are emailed in to the office, as well as changed at the setting. This is due to all contracts now being based at the office.
Please note – our Scantabout morning session opening time has changed to 7.30am! Also our previous mobile number for Scantabout will be coming to the end of its contract so please ring the above landline number instead.
STAFF UPDATES
Sarah Alexander – is expecting a baby in August! Therefore, she will be going on maternity leave at the end of Summer term.
Daisy Restorick – is leaving after Summer Holiday Club in August to pursue her career in teaching in Plymouth.
Georgina Morton – is also leaving after Summer Holiday Club in August to do a teaching degree at University.
Mandy Whitfield, Jowita Gadzina & Sara Hobbs – will be completing their level 3 in Child & Social Care in July.
Kieran Read & Izzie Hughes – are studying their level 2 in Child & Social Care.
Talisa Thompson – is studying for her level 3 in Early Years.
Maggie Stanton – will be joining the team on 3rd May in the settings.
We are really looking forward to the Summer term as we have a lot of fun things planned i.e. return of the ice cream van, possibly a fire engine visit, going to the park, having picnics, more water play and plenty of other outdoor activities IN THE SUNSHINE!! Also don’t forget we have “Rebecca’s Got Talent†for children & staff in June – so watch this space!!
