Welcome to the Summer Term

Here’s to a lovely sunny Summer for us all!

POLLING DAY 8TH JUNE
As Hiltingbury Scout Hut will be closed on 8th June please let us know, as soon as possible, how many of you would like your children transported to our Kings Road setting?

We have a few changes to contract timings & pricing as follows:
Merdon breakfast hours are now 7.30am-9.00am
As of September 2017 pricing afternoon session will change to £11.50 per session and St Francis children who are transported to Kings Road will be £13.50 per session
After 6pm collection fee will be going up to £15 for every 15 minutes late thereafter.

PLEASE CAN YOU ALL RETURN YOUR CONTRACTS FOR SEPTEMBER 2017 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. These were emailed to everyone on 10th May but if for some reason you didn’t receive one they are in each setting. As usual if your child/ren are leaving Rebecca’s please note you must give 4 w eeks notic e, excluding any school holidays, as per your contract.

Morning drop off – As parents can sometimes be in a rush to drop off children in the mornings if you don’t have time to sign your child/ren in please attract the attention of a staff member to do this for you.

STAFF UPDATES

Beth Webb – welcome to Beth who has joined the Kings Road setting on Mondays and Tuesdays

Sarah Alexander – we welcome Sarah back from maternity leave. She is at Scantabout for the current term

Izzie Hughes – is currently doing her Level 3 and is volunteering at Scantabout School as a TA

Talisa Thompson – will be finishing her Level 3 this month

Mandy Whitfield – congratulations as she has passed her level 3 and is now a Supervisor at Merdon

Jowita Gadzina – congratulations as she has passed her Level 3

Sara Hobbs – congratulations as she has passed her Level 3

Good luck to all of our washer uppers and who are in year 11 as exams start next week
